These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of NoaNoa, including our website, member area, Program Room, subscriptions, AI-assisted features, notes, programs, sessions, and related services.

By creating an account, purchasing a subscription, starting a trial, or using NoaNoa, you agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree with these Terms, do not use NoaNoa.

1. What NoaNoa is

NoaNoa is a structured manifestation and self-development platform.

It helps users clarify a desire, stabilize their inner state, work with assumption, follow assigned practices, take notes, and move through structured programs.

NoaNoa may use artificial intelligence to support program creation, session interaction, reflection, practice assignment, summaries, and continuity.

NoaNoa is designed as a structured program environment. It is not an open-ended chatbot, therapy platform, crisis service, medical service, legal service, or emergency support system.

2. What NoaNoa is not

NoaNoa does not provide:

  • medical advice;

  • psychological diagnosis;

  • therapy or psychotherapy;

  • psychiatric care;

  • legal advice;

  • financial advice;

  • emergency support;

  • crisis intervention;

  • guaranteed outcomes;

  • guaranteed manifestation results;

  • guaranteed relationship, career, health, financial, or life outcomes.

NoaNoa does not promise that a desire will manifest.

NoaNoa does not promise that another person will change, return, respond, forgive, commit, or act in any specific way.

NoaNoa does not help users manipulate, pressure, control, harass, monitor, punish, expose, or coerce others.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least [recommended: 18] years old to use NoaNoa.

  • you are legally able to enter into these Terms;

  • you will provide accurate account and payment information;

  • you will use the service only for lawful purposes;

We may refuse, suspend, or terminate access if we believe these conditions are not met.

4. Account registration

You are responsible for:

  • keeping your login credentials confidential;

  • all activity under your account;

  • ensuring your account information is accurate;

  • not sharing your account with others;

  • informing us if you suspect unauthorized access.

We are not responsible for loss or damage caused by your failure to protect your account.

5. Subscriptions, trials, and paid access

NoaNoa may offer paid plans, trials, subscriptions, upgrades, or other paid services.

By purchasing or starting a subscription, you authorize us or our payment providers to charge the applicable fees according to the plan, billing cycle, and payment terms shown at checkout.

Plan features, session access, usage limits, program depth, and available functionality may vary by subscription level.

Unless otherwise stated, subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled.

You are responsible for cancelling before the next billing date if you do not want your subscription to renew.

6. Trial access

NoaNoa may offer trial access for selected plans.

Trial terms, duration, limitations, and renewal rules are shown at checkout or on the relevant plan page.

At the end of a trial, your subscription may automatically convert into a paid subscription unless cancelled before the trial ends.

Trial access may be limited, modified, or withdrawn at our discretion.

We may refuse repeated trials, abusive trial use, or attempts to bypass plan limits.

7. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription through your account settings, payment provider, or by following the cancellation instructions made available to you.

Cancellation stops future billing. It does not necessarily refund charges already paid.

After cancellation, you may retain access until the end of the current paid billing period, unless otherwise stated.

Some program data, notes, session history, or features may no longer be available after access ends.

8. Refunds

Refunds are governed by our Subscription and Refund Policy.

Unless required by applicable law or expressly stated otherwise, payments already made are not automatically refundable.

We may refuse refund requests where the service has been used, where the request is abusive, or where refund conditions are not met.

Nothing in these Terms limits rights you may have under applicable consumer protection law.

9. Program structure and access limits

NoaNoa is intentionally structured.

Access may be limited by:

  • plan level;

  • session availability;

  • session duration;

  • monthly usage limits;

  • program phase;

  • subscription status;

  • technical maintenance;
