Go deeper into the practice.

“Assume the wish fulfilled” is a short instruction. Understanding what it means in an ordinary, complicated day takes more attention.

What does an assumption feel like when it becomes natural? How do you return to it when doubt appears? What is the relationship between imagination, self-concept, and the way you act?

NoaNoa’s private member group gives these questions room.

Member-only teachings and structured series explore the foundations of manifestation, Neville Goddard’s ideas, and their practical application. Members can reflect on the material, ask questions, and join the conversation.

What gets hardest when you really want something?

  • Doubt

  • Impatience

  • Checking

  • Staying consistent

You can vote for more than one answer.

Desire itself is often not the hardest part.

The difficulty tends to begin around it: uncertainty, impatience, the need to check, or the effort of staying with one direction long enough to see what it actually does.

Which part becomes hardest for you?

Not quite in the way the internet phrase suggests.

Neville gave enormous importance to inner life. He wrote about states, assumptions, attention, habitual inner speech and the conversations we repeatedly conduct within ourselves.

That is very different from saying that every random thought instantly becomes an external event.

A passing thought is not the same thing as a standpoint you keep occupying.

A flash of fear is not the same thing as repeatedly interpreting life from fear.

A rhythm you can return to.

A session gives you time to explore. The days that follow give you time to try, notice, and live with what came up.

NoaNoa’s plans organise coaching around that rhythm.

Your regular sessions follow the frequency of your plan. In the Coaching Room, you can see your next appointment, add it to your calendar, or reschedule it. Your practice and journal remain part of the work between conversations.

When one particular point needs more attention, you can purchase an additional Focus Session. It sits alongside your regular program and preserves your existing session schedule.

For today, stop checking.

Just for today, run one experiment.

Stop checking whether the manifestation is moving.

Do not revisit their social media looking for meaning. Do not reopen the message thread for reassurance. Do not turn timing into evidence. Do not search for another sign because the last one stopped calming you.

This does not mean ignoring information you genuinely need.

Check the bank balance when you need the number. Check the application portal when there may be a decision. Read the message when there is actually a message.

The experiment is about reassurance checking: asking the outside world, again and again, to tell you whether you are safe to believe what you chose.

Keep what makes things click.

Sometimes a single sentence helps you see a familiar situation differently.

You want to keep it. You may also want to return to the conversation that led there.

NoaNoa gives you both options.

Save a meaningful response to My insights so you can find it again. When you want the fuller context, open My transcripts and download a copy of your session.

One of the fastest ways to make manifestation unbearable is to become afraid of your own mind.

A negative thought appears, so you correct it. Then another arrives, so you neutralize that one too. Soon the practice is no longer about assumption, imagination or identity. It is about surveillance.

NoaNoa does not teach that every passing thought is a command to reality.

An unwanted image is not an intention. A moment of doubt is not a catastrophe. A difficult mood does not mean you have undone everything.

What deserves attention is the position you repeatedly engage, reinforce and act from. That is very different from trying to control every mental event that crosses consciousness.

Bring the week into your next session.

Perhaps you noticed the doubt earlier today. Perhaps an exercise felt forced. Or you found yourself responding differently to something that usually unsettles you.

These are useful things to bring into a coaching conversation. They are also easy to forget by the time it begins.

Your NoaNoa journal gives you somewhere to record them as they happen. You can add a reflection, a practice note, or a brief account of how you’re feeling. You can also leave a note for your next session.

Relevant notes and reflections help NoaNoa prepare that session alongside your program and previous work.

Know what to practise today.

It is easy to spend the time you set aside for manifestation deciding which technique to use.

An affirmation? An imaginal scene? More scripting? Something you saw someone recommend this morning?

Inside NoaNoa, Today brings your current practice into one view: the exercise, the suggested time, and the assumption you are working with.

Open it, follow the instructions, and mark the practice complete when you’re done. If something becomes clear while practising, you can add it to your journal.
