This Subscription and Refund Policy explains how NoaNoa trials, subscriptions, billing, cancellations, upgrades, downgrades, and refund requests work.
By starting a trial, purchasing a plan, renewing a subscription, or using a paid NoaNoa service, you agree to this Policy.
1. Subscription-based access
NoaNoa is a paid subscription service.
Your access depends on the plan you choose, your subscription status, and the features available under that plan.
NoaNoa may offer different programs or levels of access, including:
Reset;
Assume;
Embody;
other programs, upgrades, trials, or limited offers introduced later.
Each plan may include different features, session access, program depth, usage limits, notes, practices, AI interaction, and continuity tools.
The exact features of each plan are shown on the relevant plan page or checkout page.
2. Trial access
NoaNoa may offer a trial for selected plans.
Trial access may be free or paid, depending on the offer shown at the time of registration.
Trial duration, features, limitations, and renewal conditions will be displayed before checkout or account activation.
Unless stated otherwise, a trial may automatically convert into a paid subscription at the end of the trial period.
You are responsible for cancelling before the trial ends if you do not want to continue with a paid subscription.
We may refuse repeated trials, duplicate accounts, abusive use of trial access, or attempts to bypass trial limits.
3. Billing
When you purchase a subscription, you authorize NoaNoa or its payment providers to charge your selected payment method according to the price, billing cycle, and terms shown at checkout.
Subscriptions may be billed monthly, annually, or according to another billing cycle shown at purchase.
Prices may include or exclude taxes depending on your location and the checkout configuration.
You are responsible for ensuring that your payment information is accurate and up to date.
If payment fails, your access may be limited, suspended, or cancelled.
4. Automatic renewal
Unless stated otherwise, subscriptions renew automatically.
This means your payment method may be charged at the beginning of each new billing period until you cancel.
The renewal price and billing cycle are shown when you subscribe.
You can cancel your subscription before the next renewal date to avoid future charges.
Cancelling after a renewal payment has already been processed does not automatically create a refund.
5. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription through your account settings, subscription management page, payment provider interface, or by following the cancellation instructions made available to you.
Cancellation prevents future billing.
Unless otherwise stated, cancellation does not immediately remove access. You may continue using the paid features until the end of the current billing period.
After your paid access ends, some features may become unavailable, including session access, AI interaction, program updates, notes, practices, history, or premium content.
NoaNoa is not responsible for cancellations attempted through the wrong channel, late cancellation requests, or cancellation requests made after a renewal has already been processed.
6. Refund principle
NoaNoa sells access to a digital subscription service.
Unless required by law or expressly stated otherwise, payments are non-refundable once a billing period has started.
This includes:
monthly subscription payments;
renewal payments;
trial conversions;
upgrades;
unused access;
partially used billing periods;
failure to use the service;
forgetting to cancel before renewal;
dissatisfaction with AI-generated outputs;
absence of a desired manifestation outcome.
NoaNoa does not refund payments because a user did not achieve a specific personal, spiritual, emotional, relationship, financial, career, or life result.
7. Refund requests we may consider
We may review refund requests on a discretionary basis in limited situations, such as:
duplicate charges;
technical billing errors;
accidental double subscriptions;
continued billing after confirmed cancellation;
inability to access the service due to a verified technical issue caused by NoaNoa;
other exceptional cases at our discretion.
Submitting a refund request does not guarantee approval.
Refund decisions may depend on usage history, timing, technical records, payment provider rules, applicable law, and the specific facts of the case.
8. Refund requests we usually refuse
We generally do not provide refunds for:
change of mind;
unused subscription time;
forgetting to cancel;
not logging in;
not attending or using sessions;
not completing assigned practices;
not liking the AI tone or response style;
not receiving a desired result;
believing manifestation did not work;
personal circumstances unrelated to the service;
requests made after significant use;
requests made after repeated subscriptions and cancellations;
abuse of refunds or trial systems.
This does not affect any mandatory legal rights you may have.
9. How to request a refund

the payment date;
the amount charged;
the plan purchased;
the reason for the request;
any relevant payment reference or invoice number.
We may ask for additional information to verify the payment and evaluate the request.

10. Processing approved refunds
If a refund is approved, it will usually be issued to the original payment method.
Processing time depends on the payment provider, bank, card issuer, and country.
Refunded access may be removed immediately or at the end of the billing period, depending on the circumstances.
If a refund is issued for a subscription period, NoaNoa may revoke access to paid features connected to that period.
11. Upgrades
You may be able to upgrade from one plan to another.
When you upgrade, you may be charged immediately, charged a prorated amount, or moved to the new billing rate at the next renewal date, depending on the checkout and subscription system.
An upgrade may change your access to sessions, programs, practices, notes, AI interaction, or other features.
Upgrade payments are generally non-refundable unless required by law or caused by a verified billing error.
12. Downgrades
You may be able to downgrade to a lower plan.
Downgrades may take effect immediately or at the end of the current billing period, depending on the subscription system.
A downgrade may reduce your access to features, sessions, program depth, notes, practices, AI interaction, or continuity tools.
No refund is automatically issued for downgrading during a billing period unless required by law or expressly stated otherwise.
13. Failed payments
If a payment fails, we may attempt to charge your payment method again.
During this time, your access may remain active, become limited, or be suspended.
If payment is not completed, your subscription may be cancelled.
You are responsible for updating your payment method and resolving payment issues.
14. Price changes
NoaNoa may change subscription prices, plan structures, trial offers, or available features.
If the price of an active subscription changes, we will provide notice where required by law or where technically possible.
Price changes may apply at your next renewal date or when you change plan.
If you do not agree with a price change, you may cancel before the new price applies.
15. Promotions and special offers
NoaNoa may offer discounts, promotional pricing, limited trials, beta access, founder plans, or special offers.
Promotions may have separate terms, eligibility rules, expiration dates, and limitations.
Promotional offers are not guaranteed to remain available.
Unless stated otherwise, promotional pricing may apply only for the initial promotional period and may renew at the standard price.
16. Access after cancellation or expiry
After your subscription ends, you may lose access to paid features.
This may include:
active sessions;
AI interaction;
program generation or updates;
notes;
practices;
program history;
progress tracking;
premium content;
account features linked to your plan.
We may keep certain account or billing records as required by law, security needs, accounting obligations, or our Privacy Policy.
17. No outcome-based refunds
NoaNoa provides access to a structured manifestation and self-development platform.
It does not sell guaranteed results.
Refunds are not granted because:
a desire did not manifest;
a person did not return or respond;
a relationship did not change;
a financial, career, health, or life outcome did not occur;
the user disagreed with an AI response;
the user did not feel immediate emotional relief;
the user expected a different personal result.
NoaNoa supports practice, reflection, state work, and structure. Outcomes remain outside our control.
18. Consumer rights
Nothing in this Policy limits any mandatory consumer rights that apply under the laws of your country or place of residence.
Where mandatory consumer protection law gives you rights that differ from this Policy, those rights apply.
Where permitted by law, by purchasing immediate access to digital content or digital services, you may acknowledge that access begins immediately and that any withdrawal or cancellation rights may be limited once performance has started.
19. Abuse of billing systems
We may suspend, restrict, or terminate accounts that appear to abuse billing, refund, trial, or subscription systems.
This may include:
creating repeated trial accounts;
using false information;
requesting repeated refunds after substantial use;
disputing valid charges without contacting support;
sharing account access;
attempting to bypass payment;
using promotions in bad faith.
We may also refuse future purchases or access.
20. Chargebacks and disputes
